My name is Helen, I run Favours By Design, previously known as The Favour Factory, this website account has been trading since 2009.

I started with an eBay shop back in 2008 and have made over 138,000 orders and it is still open to this day;

I opened an Etsy store in 2020 with having now sold over 43,000 orders and I also sell some products on there;

I know purchasing from the internet can be quite worrying but please be sure I am a reputable business run by me across 3 selling platforms, I have been printing stickers and making favours for over 16 years with so many of my lovely customers returning for all their life occasions.

I hope I can help you with your upcoming occasions, events and businesses very soon!
